On April 16th & 17th, 2008 - The Florida Capitol was buzzing with legislators and representatives going about their daily tasks. One thing was different, there were TV screens, and digoratti minds reminding them of the vibrant digital life there is in Florida.
Polycreative was asked to represent the Tampa Bay area companies and their progress in recent months. Thanks to the help of many participating companies, Polycreative assembled a demo reel that showed of some of the most creative film and digital arts in our state.
Not only was this great exposure, but we can also say we attributed to helping the state film incentive budget stay at $ 5 Million, rather than getting slashed all together. Yes, it's a major cut from last years $ 20 Million dollar budget, but considering all the other cuts that were made to health care and school services...I want to say were kinda lucky!!
