Last summer, Polycreative worked with Jennifer Frazier, a local Creative Director as the online media specialists on an aggressive Helen Ellis Memorial Hospital advertising campaign. Helen Ellis wanted to promote their newly remodeled Women's Center to moms and potential moms strictly within their area of Tampa Bay, while also finding a way to measure their results!!
